- March 18-29, 2019, applications due by COB on Friday, March 8th
- June 10-21, 2019, applications due by COB on Friday, May 23rd
- August 12-23, 2019, applications due by COB on Friday, August 2nd
- October 21-November 1, 2019, applications due by COB on Friday, October 11th
