Practical test fee includes shipping to any destination within the United States. If you are purchasing a practical test that will need to be shipped outside the United States, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Virgin Islands, then please add the International Shipping Fee to your order. If you are ordering more than one practical test on the same order, international shipping only needs to be purchased once. Return shipping is the responsibility of the sender.
